Researchers and Professionals Meeting 2025 - The contributions of agricultural equipment and digital technologies to sustainable crop protection

The PPR Cultiver et Protéger Autrement (Cultivate and Protect Differently) program is partnering with the Agroecology and Digital Technology research program, the INRAE Innovation Hubs, Agreenium, the Grand Défi Robotique Agricole (Agricultural Robotics Challenge) and the Toulouse-Auzeville Agricultural College to offer a day of meetings and knowledge updates on the contribution of agricultural equipment and digital technologies to sustainable crop protection.

This day is aimed at researchers, doctoral students, students, and professionals in the agricultural equipment, consulting, and agricultural sectors.

On the agenda:

  • Review of existing knowledge and socio-economic and organizational challenges and constraints.
  • Reflection on ways to develop effective epidemiological surveillance strategies for pests using data and technological tools.
  • Concrete examples of practices and equipment used in response to complex agroecological systems.
  • An overview of innovative solutions across the diversity of agricultural equipment and technologies available.
  • Discussions between researchers and professionals from the agricultural sector during themed round tables.
